    I had Boggs Properties LLC complete several projects for me with out any issues or delays and the work was outstanding. Don't know why others are giving this company bad reviews from customers above. As I investigate further, Boggs Properties LLC was not the contractor hire for jobs. But Earl Foster was, as mentioned by Samantha June 9, 2022.

    I would have to agree with the comment above! These people are the WORST! Foster Earl is currently working on my house under Boggs. My house looks terrible! It's supposed to be a rebuild after my house fire in May 2021. MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT FINISHED A YEAR LATER AND $100,600 DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN. VERY UNRELAIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I have begged this man for half of my money back, and he refuses! Same messy painting, walls not sanded down, you can see the plaster through the paint. Hasn't even started plumbing yet because he has to hire one. All he has done in the past 9 months is wiring and sheet rock. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY JOBS! THEY NEED THEIR LICENSE TAKEN AWAY!

    This contractor did poor work on my apartment, including dangerous and illegal wiring, messy painting, lack of cleanup, poor plumbing, and poor masonary work that has tiles cracking already even though I just moved in.

    Steve is fantastic. He is smart, has great ideas, can solve any problem. He did both my bathroom and recently did my kitchen. He works hard, works with a great electrician and together you can't get better. He is a brilliant craftsman who takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

    We had a good experience with Steve. He was faithful to stay on the job until it was completed. He did not insist on being paid by the hour, for us. Out of three contractors that we obtain quotes, his was lowest. When the job was done, he told us We could contact him If any issues arose. His work was careful and he paid attention to the details. We would definitely recommend him.

    Dempsey roofing was recommended to us by local carpenters who were doing work for us. Radek was extremely responsive and worked with my husband to get exactly what we were looking for. At every turn, Radek handled our questions courteously, timely, and expertly. When the time came for the roof to be installed, we knew exactly what to expect. It was done in one day and our yard was left as if they never were here. We had a few minor concerns, and Radek addressed them IMMEDIATELY AND THEY WERE RESOLVED. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Radek is the best!

    All customers should get a contract per MA state law. The contract should include the contractors name, detailed description of the work to be done, start and completion dates, price and payment schedule. Deposit should not exceed 1/3 of the price of the work. That is the LAW. None of this was followed.
    The job was 3 months late, and due to contractor's delay the permits were difficult to attain. Very disappointed in Mark Rood Own a Home LLC. Always get at least 3 quotes for a job and get a contract!

    Timpani Maintenance did a wonderful job on a 16/20 deck that we needed done. Very professional, very reasonable on the price as well. Me and my wife loved having Timpani Maintenance and would not choose anyone else for our home needs.

    BEWARE BEWARE of Ryan Rourke Construction. After spending almost $400k for our home to be remodeled, Ryan missed many deadlines---and also had subs who weren't held accountable for shoddy work. We still have things that have not been competed--but found out that Ryan owes several subs for work that we paid him for....but he did not pay subs. So we have had to pay AGAIN to have the work completed. After several emails from Ryan, he promised to have work completed...but like the slippery snake he is, Ryan has crawled back under the rock he crawled out of. Ryan does not have integrity and looks right into your eyes and lies. Incredibly incompetent. He might seem nice at first....and then.......

    He was hired - at his insistence - by the hour to complete a small inside job on our home. The job was estimated to "take only a few days". He dragged the job out for an extra 5 days, costing a lot more than the estimate and agreed upon amount. He spent more time smoking and staring off into space than working and when confronted, had an attitude. Glad to see him gone. Get an estimate for the job and NEVER pay him by the hour - it will cost you double +. Also, while on our dime, he talked on the phone a lot. We learned the hard way. He was all about taking advantage of the homeowner. Too bad. Would hire someone else if you want work done in a reasonable time.

    This Guy Did a house remodel in Stow, MA He failed terribly, did not finish the job took the money and went bankrupt. He never paid his subcontractors and he had a new truck after he was paid. Changed his company name to this one, like most shady losers like him. the job never got a finish inspection nor did he do a good job.
