Pat Dailey did an excellent job on my new metal roof. It looks great! I found him to be a skilled and reliable roofer who's easy to work with as well as an honest man. That combination is not easy to find these days.

I had Pat Dailey do my roof and it leaks, that clown needs to go back to school to learn how to do flashing. His work sucks and and his attitude is even worse. I would never recommend him or his company to any work. I've had some issues with my roof and tried calling him to come have him fix the issues and he never answers or responds back. Plenty of other contractors out there to hire besides him. Save your money
