the homes are beautiful. The problem is they are unethical in my opinion. We made an off on a home, they countered we accepted, they told us , " We have a deal!" in text, and we signed contract that night and sent pre- qualified letter. All was well, as he told us we had a deal. about 1:30 pm following day we were told to make a best and final as they had another offer come in. WHAT??? yep, he reneged on his word. on his word. SO, what else is he sketchy on? Unethical by him and his real estate agent, Lisa Donald. My husband loved the house, we had already contacted a pool company as the builder had sent us specs for back of lot, and told us footage and what kind of fence. This shows intent to follow through with the deal he agreed on. Then an hour later another offer comes in. We are crushed.
