Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! Dont let them near your home. I had lowes contact them to do an assessment on my water heater. Instead a rude old man came to my home; was there 5 min and left. A few days later I got a quote to replace that was double what lowes thought it should be. They took the money for the assessment then turned it down without any reason. Dont waste you time with these idiots.
