Patricio (Patrick) responded immediately to our call and drove over an hour to come to our rescue. He located the problem and repaired it enough so that we could have water in the house. He was back in 2 days (on a Sunday) with all the pipe and concrete he needed to finish the job. He showed up bright and early with a helper and they both worked diligently all day. The job turned out to be more than originally anticipated but Patricio was undeterred and forged ahead through lunch and the heat to finish that same day. I can't say enough good things about the service we received. They cleaned up their mess and picked up the trash (concrete bags). We felt their pricing was very fair.
