This contractor was hired by the seller of our new home and nothing was done properly. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews for businesses or people however, this company tries to cut corners instead of doing the job properly the first time. This ends up in having to either spend more money to have it fixed properly or dealing with their mistakes. They were supposed to install our HVAC system and we found out that our HVAC system is having issues and unfortunately we cannot access the compressor because it is located on the roof and the access to our roof has been closee off. My family and I (including my 1 year old son) had to sleep in a 90 degree house. Jorge, the owner of the business certified that the roof was in a safe condition and a few weeks after we closed there were leaks in my apartment...after several attempts of trying to get in contact with Jorge we hired a roofer who said the roof was in horrible condition and that it needed to be replaced. There were several other issues that is merely a result of either laziness or a lack of knowledge and expertise. Jorge and Jose have been avoiding contact with us after telling us that he would help rectify the issues. Half the things they did apparently they did not have a permit for...it seems like Jorge is the licensed contractor and he has other people working unser him who are not licenses or have no idea what they are doing... WARNING...I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Horrible workmanship and no good faith whatsoever. My mother and I believed in Jorge and his crew and they let us down horribly...I cannot even install a window unit because it trips up the circuit. I now have to find a way to keep my baby cool enough during the summer's heat so that he doesn't suffer from heat exhaustion.
