    Repair/replace stucco posts and framing
    $21,000

    Tomas and team did an excellent job from bidding to completion. This was a challenging stucco repair that included water damage and rot. Entire posts had to be replaced along with reinforcing water damaged beams. Couldn’t be happier with finished product and working with Tomas and Kaz was great! I’ll be hiring them for phase 2, once we’re ready!

    Tomasz was a great pleasure to work with! He always did what he said he was going to do, on time and on budget, and kept us informed of his comings and goings every step of the way.

    He removed our 44-year-old carpet! Put down sheet vinyl in one room, and water-resistant laminate in our living room and hallway. Painted everything beautifully, put in new moldings around all doors and new baseboards, restored our lighting. Everything done meticulously, with great attention to detail.

    We enjoy his humor. One of the things we liked best was that he brought in great people to do jobs or help him with jobs where he lacked expertise. With 30 year of experience, he says, he knows who the really good people are. Cleaned up well!

    We have other jobs coming up, and will definitely consider him strongly for our future work. Oh, did I mention his price was absolutely fair? I would hire him again, and strongly recommend him to others.

    Tomasz was recommended to me by someone who has done building and remodels for me for 18 years. I now live on the east coast and I requested a quote from Polam Home Improvement to paint the exterior of a single story duplex in Tacoma. Tomasz looked at the building , took pictures of the areas that needed attention and gave me a detailed bid. The work was completed as specified. He sent me pictures of the completed project. I would hire Tomasz Krzepinski again.
