We paid for a complete heat and air unit Anthony Mitchell started off on the wrong foot in the very beginning. We asked for a 5 ton unit for our 3000 sq ft heated and cooled area. He told us that a 4 ton would work we said no. He installed one anyway. We have propane gas and he installed a natural gas unit and said we did not tell him it was propane. Anthony would only come out to our house on a Saturday or Sunday. We later found out because he had a job. That he could not make it on his own full time business. we know why he is incompetent. The furnace unit burned up and could have caught our house on fire.
