We are building a house with a custom house builder in the Austin Area, the process has been slow and honestly dreadful, with delays galore, thanks to COVID. We were set to have a sub-contractor from San Marcos do our HVAC work. With COVID and excuses from everyone the San Marcos company no longer wanted to travel 45 minutes. With additional delays as they looked for additional HVAC Sub-contractors - we were finally assigned Polar Dynamics - now - 2 hours away. Once assigned we were told it would be completed within 2 weeks, adding frustration thinking/assuming it would take every bit of the 2 weeks to get it done - we were surprised. Trevor and his crew were out the next day and got the whole house completed in less than a day. Trevor and his guys were extremely friendly and discussed our new system and what we should expect out of it. We were floored with the customer service from Trevor that he did not have to provide and the time he took as if we were his direct clients. He left about 6pm and seemed in no rush to drive back for the 2 hours. If we were closer I would have Polar Dynamics do all of my A/C needs down the road.
Thank you Trevor - you and your crews work in our house definitely made a lasting impression with us.
