He replaced HVAC with Goodman brand. Furnace broke four times in first winter season. He came to restart three times. And every time he said that he will replace the part or whole. He never did. Fourth time he had seen my text message but didn't bother to reply. Therefore I had to get it fixed on my own. After three hours he replied saying that he he will come in the morning knowing that outside is cold and temperature is dropping. In addition to that he promised 16 SEER AC but he installed an off market coil which doesn't guarantee 16 SEER AC. He didn't provide me a correct receipt so that I can claim ComEd receipt. I lost $600 in that. I end up filing a cse in consumer court and waiting for hearing.
