I would not recommend Pollard Home Improvements for any large scale project.
I contracted with Jay for a total restoration after a house fire. His lack of proper management for a project of this size including it's schedules, budgets, and relationships along with him threatening potential liens on my home and pulling permits all due to his lack of managing his subcontractors resulted in a 13 month project that broke his original contract and cost me well beyond the contracted price.
Jay talked a good talk, but didn't hold up to his word.

Not only did we repair your fire damage we installed central air, removed old oil tank from the ground, installed replacement tank, removed load bearing wall and installed a much larger kitchen all at no additional cost to you. We also brought in a fantastic realtor who sold your house for you before it hit the market. And they gave you a full price offer because the house was amazing. Not sure what more we could have done to make your remodel experience any better. We do hope that you enjoy your new place. The new owners are happy to speak to anyone who would like to know how much they are enjoying the wonderful craftsmanship.
