Rusty, Pollock Pines Tile, is very responsive and professional. His prices are extremely competitive, and his work is excellent. But by far his greatest attribute, in my mind, is that he offers suggestions and advice, rather than just doing what you think you want done. He checks for structural integrity prior to doing any tiling, something the other contractors did not do, and something that could result in disaster. He's extremely competent, honest, and skillful. I highly recommend him.
