I was referred to Pollywog by my realtor and now she is terribly sorry and will never refer them again. Highly unprofessional and made a complete mess of my property.....that was when the finally arrived. The pool was left empty for 4 days (and it had nothing to do with the weather). Crew that came out were obviously on some sort of drug and blasted through the project with no craftmanship. Called them to come out and inspect it and repair the mistakes and clean up the mess. Half-hearted effort on both accounts. They had to drain my pool twice and filled it up with my well BOTH TIMES. 20,000 gallons of water over a 7 day stretch. Needless to say, the stress they put on my well pump is now causing it to make all types of sounds and is not operating at full capacity. A pre-school kid could have finished the bullnose better then they could. It is wavy, jagged and is already chipping. The owner then starts sending me texts and threatening me with legal action if I don't pay him "by noon today" with a cashiers check. Thankfully, I was able to get a reduction in my bill of $2,200, but now I need to replace my well pump, get someone to fix their crummy job and they have pushed the sale of my home out at least two weeks. DO NOT accept a referral for this organization, even if it takes you months to get someone else out. They are unprofessional and highly incompetent. Giving this organization 1 star is much too generous.

I called for a new pool pump, on a Sunday, they came right out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. They were cheaper and more friendly then anyone else I had come to the house or called. After that I hired them to do my pool service and I have been very happy.

Pollywog Pools was recommended to me by my real estate agent and they are so knowledgeable and helpful. They did a FREE pool inspection before I bought my home (which was so helpful). We ended up hiring them for pool service and they installed a pool heater for us. I would HIGHLY recommended them!!

I have used them for many years for pool service and has always been satisfied. They recently resurfaced my pool and it looks beautiful! I would recommend them to ANYONE! Great company!

Came out same day and fixed my pump. Reliable and knowledgeable. Switched companies after meeting them. They have done a lot of work for me through the years. Amazing.

They never showed up same day every week. If they did, they checked water and don't bother to clean filter,walls,vacuum or skim..I am out of town and know they skipped service once I was gone. They can't keep help and never know if they will show..Beware

Prefessional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Went above and beyond. Came out same day, replaced my pump and fixed my heater quickly. Also cleaned my pool from dark green to crystal clear. I started weekly pool service with them and so far I am very pleased. I would highly recommend them for repairs and pool service.
