    Install a smoke alarm
    $125

    In February I had one of Polos Electric‘s electricians come out and put a new smoke alarm in my guest bedroom. He was very efficient and polite. However, in the three weeks following the smoke alarm has fallen out of the ceiling and is hanging by its wires. I sent them a picture of it and asked them to call me. No response. I have called three more times and each time the answering machine said they will call me back within the hour. I have never heard back from them. I know it’s a very small job to do, probably would take them 10 minutes. But I paid $125 to have the smoke alarm installed properly. Apparently they have no customer service at all. I am very disgusted with this company. I would strongly consider not using them because of this incident.
