Bottom line: Cleveland is unprofessional, rude, impolite, and to be frank, a complete a**. He essentially made me beg him to do work for us. I have never written a bad review before, but after having three encounters with him, I want to warn others as I wish I had been. He is a headache to work with. He actually said I was "bugging him" because I called to ask a few questions and then proceeded to treat me with such disrespect that I at first was embarrassed by it. It was as if asking him to do a job was a complete disservice to him and he acted as if he was doing me a favor. Sorry for offering you business Cleveland! Hopefully other southern Utah residents won't "bug" you with work either. I know the 500+ acre development being built down here won't be using you for the very same reason because they too had the exact same experience when dealing with you. I strongly advise people to use other pool companies in town. There's some really great ones here in southern Utah and Polynesian Pools And Spas is NOT one of them!!
