My experience with Ponder Development couldn't have been better. Scott Neil, the contractor, went out of his way to bring my kitchen remodeling in on time and close to budget, regardless of how many additional requests I made. I kept his crew busy for 2 straight weeks, from complete demolition to the final trimmings, and they were always courteous and professional.
Scott brought to life my 'Dream Kitchen', a plan I had developed for more than a year. He never said no to anything I asked, and never complained that I was adding more to the timeline. He was the only contractor that believed he could finish my new kitchen before Thanksgiving, and he delivered on that promise. The finished result exceeds my greatest expectations, and honestly, it looks so good that it should be featured in a magazine. I cannot say enough good things about this company, as my experience quickly turned from initial dread to final dream! These guys are aces!!!

I would NEVER work with this builder. We signed a contract on a new build in April. In August, we had to walk away due to poor craftmanship. He tried to get us to close without the house being completed citing the warranty would cover it, and make him fix it. We were told we were being picky because our BRAND new house had uneven floors upstairs and downstairs. I also found beer under the porch, which maybe explains why the floors were uneven. I have a pluthera of pictures of the project start to finish, and the finished product was nothing less than appauling. I plan to report him to the BBB, GA Homebuilders Association, local news outlets and anyone else who will listen.
