If I could rate a zero I would my home warranty company dispatched this poor company to perform my pool issues thank goodness they didn’t come out Josh was very rude on the phone and I immediately requested another contractor. I even submitted his text message to my home warranty company of his unprofessional business demeanor. I wouldn’t hire this guy on a bet

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Home warranty company stuck me with these guys. I had a leaky motor and they did come out to replace it, but left the grounding wires sticking straight up in the air. There is a rubber like O ring laying on the ground under it and what do you know it still leaks. Pool guys are trying to blame it on something else. I have a brother that is a pool builder in California and he even said it is a total pool code violation the way they tried to fix it. When I call the guy he just smart talks me saying he did me a favor. These are cocky untruthful people.

After reading the poor reviews, I see I am not the only client who had an experience with Josh’s unprofessional demeanor. I wish I had known before I let him service and wreck my pool. His company improperly serviced my salt water pool, they took advantage with the fact that I do not physically occupy the home but have recently purchased it to start up as a rental. My first couple of occupancies, I had complaints that there was a lot of sediment on top of the pool. Come to find out my salt water pool is only being serviced with chlorine tablets. The level of chlorine that should be reading in the pool is a 3, currently it’s at level 30. Do not trust this company and if you have a problem or question service don’t expect Josh to handle himself in a professional manner.
