Definitely not, I thought were a reputable company at first because the outward appearance of the completed project on my pool appeared to be. Acceptable. I even allowed their sales rep to use my pool as to show sales leads the installed tile from their new line that I purchased. They obtained new business because of my help. Llater, after the statute of limitations expired, on the remodel, I found out that they did not install my new pool lights to code based on the instructions that I obtained from the manufacturing company. The fixture leaked and shorted out and it was plastered onto my pool in such a way that the set screw (bulb changing purposes) was plastered stuck. The set screw was also installed at approximately the 10 o'clock position, and code requires it to be set at the twelve o'clock position. I asked them to come and look at the light and repair the damage. They refused. I also found out that they reused an old "pool" light in my spa and I paid to have new lights installed at a cost of. $1,100.00 extra. They also reused the old electrical cord for those lights instead of pulling new line through using new conduit. The very old conduit is cracking now and the wires are exposed where theycome from the ground up to the switch box. These are NOT things that the customer would be aware if unless a bulb burns out or the GFI trips alerting you there is a problem. I have called them on numerous occasions and the lady who answers the phone said she would send a techniton in 30 days to make things right and get me new lights.. No one called or showed up. Then when I called again I was told the pool was out if warranty and I would have to pay them again for new lights if I want them to come out. I stated that this was faulty installation and they needed to come and at least see what they did and make it right.. They are rude, irresponsible and they flat out refuse to inspect the damages to my fixtures that only the installer could have possibly done. This is nothing a homeowner can fake without a jack hammer and replastering it. So, unless you plan on taking apart fixtures and inspecting every nook and cranny after this company completes your project, stay away from this company!! They hide faults, use old fixtures, as in the case of my spa. Cannot verify brand installed, it has an old unidentified pool light in it and not the matching spa light for the one they installed at the time of my remodel.
