    TERRIBLE Never. They are thieves. Frauds with intent to go after people and collect money for projects that they never intend to finish.

    *Notice - I have been informed that Jeff Martija, Ed Martija, and components of Pool Logic are possibly reorganizing under a new name, so please be aware that they will likely pop up with a different company name or ownership structure so as to avoid the stigma of their ongoing litigation, financial difficulties, and poor reviews.*

    We used Pool Logic during 2020/2021 to build a pool/spa. Their pool/spa designs were great, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and quality workmanship was appalling. The best way to sum up our awful experience with them, was they over-promise and under-deliver. It took months longer to complete our pool build than promised, despite us giving them continuous and complete access to our backyard. Within one month of pool completion, pool tiles were already falling off (and are still falling off to this day). We messaged them to come fix the tiles, but they just ignore us now, despite their warranty and assurances that they would fix the tiles for up to 3 years after completion.

    Subcontractors would routinely not show for days at a time despite being scheduled to be at our place. They wouldn't let us know that they weren't coming out either. This is not surprising since subcontractors would communicate to us that they weren't being paid by Pool Logic in an efficient manner. Items went missing from our yard during the build, and we had to repair and replace several parts of our property due to their lack of care. Most stages of the pool/spa build had to be redone or repaired due to lack of oversight, poor workmanship, a lack of communication, and sloppy installation (coping had to be redone, pool lighting was installed improperly and shorted out, pebble had to be torn out and redone due to a deficient finish, rock wall fascias that were crooked and filled with 1 inch gaps and exposed seams had to be repaired, etc.). We have a file documenting all these serious issues, complete with emails, logs, and photos as evidence.

    There is so much more to detail, but I just wanted people to know the truth, and exercise extreme caution when engaging in business dealings with this company and their personnel. We are now stuck with continuous repairs, and have founded concerns that we will likely have issues in the future with our plumbing and pool equipment, and will have little recourse.

    **BEWARE** If you are considering POOL LOGIC to build your pool  RUN!!! They will lie to you, they will not respond to your requests for updates when their sub-contractors can’t be bothered to actually SHOW UP FOR WORK days on end and YOUR POOL may start falling apart within the first 12 months like ours did – and now POOL LOGIC has gone dark when asked to meet the terms of our warranty and fix the defective pool. If you are someone who values CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, TRANSPERANCY, RESPONSIVNESS, TRUTHFULLNESS and QUALITY – POOL LOGIC IS NOT FOR YOU, so RUN!!!
