What a joke this company is! I know the Pool Industry is booming during Covid-19, but I made an appointment to have a quote for an Inground Pool and no one ever showed or called, have you ever heard of a courtesy call? Called the next day and they apologized because the person who does the quotes was extremely busy, I get that, but transparency goes a long way! She assured me Paul would call me the next day to reschedule, lo and behold no call! Very unprofessional in my opinion. I will gladly spend my 40k elsewhere! Thanks for nothing Pool & Patio!
