Almost a year ago we contracted Pool Time to resurface our pool. Almost immediately after the pool was refilled with water we notified our sales person that there were large/heavy discoloration spots in the pool surface. He kept telling us that he was going to come out to inspect however after almost a year now we have yet to see him at our home to inspect the work. We were told that we have a 2 year warranty on Pool Time's work however we can't even get our sales person out to inspect. We would definitely not recommend Pool Time to do any pool resurfacing work.
