DO NOT USE POOL WORKS VA LLC.
They are unprofessional, inconsiderate, and only care about taking your money. Their contract states that completion of a client's pool will occur on our about 45 days after the completion of excavation. It has been over 200 days since they finished excavation and they still have not finished the work. Yes, the pool is in the ground, but we are having issues with every other aspect of the pool from electrical to plumbing to the pool cover. Pool Works VA LLC will not show up to finish the job, but they have the audacity to ask for final payment.
They are untrustworthy business people. Stay Far Away!

Poolworks took our money for our pool reno and quit after the project was suppose to be completed per their own contract. What work they did complete was done incorrectly (coping is uneven, mortar used was not for pools, coping was not bonded correctly to sill, caulking looks like my 11 year old did it, etc). Filed a complaint with the BBB (which they currently have an A+ rating with - what a joke!) so no one else ends up in our situation (they rendered our pool completely useless). Currently pursuing legal options through the state to secure our money back.
