I used Alan to install a bee water heater. After less than 2weeks of the install the water heater was leaking. I took a video to show him the pipes it was leaking from and he said “ Im pretty sure its your old pipes and not my solder connections” “ Im not the plumber that installed the original pipes”. He refused to accept any responsibility and did not have a warranty on his work. You would think a plumber would install a water heater correctly with right piping. He never came to fix it, he never took any responsibility to come out to even check or assess it. He wanted no part in it. Only via text he was not trying to do the right thing-we had no hot water in the house. Get a licensed plumber one that back their work and have warranty if they do anything in your home. Alan showed poor customer service and lack of work integrity. I’m stuck with non working water heater (less than 2weeks from install) he refused to accept any kind if responsibility and did not want to correct/fix anything.
