Willy - we have a signed contract with you stating in writing our pool remodel would be completed in 4 weeks .. week 9 into the project it was made clear to us that you had abandoned our project after telling us multiple times via text “don’t worry I’m not going to disappear”.
- lack of communication: you continuously ignored our calls and text messages. After taking time off with family, 2 weeks had gone by and we had not heard from you regarding our project. It is deemed very unprofessional to tell your client you will be back in 1 week and not show up until 2 weeks later. You agreed to keep us informed of next steps, that was not the case. You kept us waiting for weeks for the plaster which was never ordered.
- poor quality work: we have recently discovered a leak in the skimmer which your worker (I will not mention his name) supposedly did the plumbing. We reviewed a punch list with you regarding the items that needed correcting, and YOU agreed to Fix however.. never happened.
- you continue to display the picture of my pool on your Instagram page (which I NEVER gave consent to post) as a “work in progress” .. this is false advertisement as you clearly abandoned our project. When I tried to respond calling you out on the truth of the status of my pool remodel you or your daughter blocked me.
We tried to give you opportunity after opportunity to do the right thing and be a person of your word .. show up and finish the job. May it be known publicly you never had any issues with us making payment when it was due and you were definitely on time for that .. however we have now notified you in writing that Pools by GE owes us money for work that has NOT been completed and YOU have agreed in writing to return said money and even stated it would be in the mail on Friday 8/16. It is very unfortunate that you are an untrustworthy businessman.. the check was never sent.
Please note this review could have been much different had you just followed through with your part of contract and worked with integrity. We will never recommend you and have actually been telling everyone that asks about our remodel to stay clear of Pools by GE. -

Willy, my pool has been quote on quote “finished” for 3 months and still water heater is not grounded or screwed down to the ground. I am also missing water feature cover you supposedly ordered and never came in and then ordered again and you disappeared after collecting. Hurricane season is around the corner and most importantly I need all equipment secured. I call you and text you almost on a daily to get no response and as annoying as it may be for you, it is more annoying for me to have to continue dealing with this after already dealing with you for a year. I need my pool completed and everything installed correctly. I won’t even begin to mention how poorly the paver installation came out.... We need heater grounded and screwed down and missing water feature piece asap.
AND Thank you for blocking me just now when I wrote to you on Instagram my last source of communication with you since you don’t answer calls text emails etc. Whenever you wanted to come and collect your check was always ready and you were very nice assertive and charismatic. Why not keep that same face and finish what you’ve started. The little bit that is left that should’ve been done months ago. If you would just come solve the problem and be a man of your word we wouldn’t be here.
