  DO NOT USE POOLS BY GREG!!! DO NOT!!! THEY DONT COMMUNICATE and then won’t take accountability for their mistakes, costing you money and aggravation. My friend had the SAME ISSUES OF LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

  The latest issue is the sod was laid down while I was out of town. Pools by Greg didn’t properly inform me or even attempt to set a date to have the sod laid. In addition, they ask where the sod should be, how much of it I needed etc. We called twice and they say “I don’t see how we did anything wrong”… and I’m out 2k and not to mention the stress of it.

  In addition, I have a perimeter child protective barrier when I don’t need one because of this poor communication also.

  I caught Pools by Greg on a lie about permits. They were just stalling. It’s been a year since I signed the contract and my property is still incomplete.

  Their workers are sloppy and uninformative. I had concrete, granite, trash in what grass was left over damaging my lawnmower.

  They poorly graded my backyard, I now have dead sod laid on deep divots.

  I can go on, but I just encourage you to find a company with better communication and more integrity.

  In 2001 I had Pools by Greg construct my first pool. Their service back then was awesome. After selling my home I moved into a new house. After several years we decided to have a pool constructed in 2020-2021. With due diligence I had several quotes from other local establishments, which included Greg. We wound up going with Greg. Joanna, our sales rep was awesome. Her candor was extremely appreciated. From receptionist up to ownership they have been responsive to us - the design was exactly what we wanted. They subcontracted The Porch Factory to complete the enclosure and watched over their progression. Jason has been the on-site manager for Greg and quite frankly, I couldn’t ask for a better person to act as a liason. The working staff has been professional as the craftsmanship is impeccable. The job is nearing completion and I can’t really say anything less about my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Pools By Greg, unabashedly. CB.

  Don't do business with this company they are a bunch of scammers. I paid 41k for a pool that was originally suppose to be a lil over 30k but because I wanted it to be enclosed it went up to 41k. After paying them off and waiting to enjoy my pool I got hit with a bill from the screen company to pay 9k. And when I try to get answers I get treated like I was the 1 who stole something from them. Sonja my sales person got angry on the phone and pretty much told me to call the office she is not going to argue with me when all I was doing was asking simple questions. Keep in mind if you need to call the office about any issues involving money or price the only person you can talk to is the sales person who is never there or available.

  What an ordeal.
  Make sure the plans you sign off on are what they submit to the city. We had drainage issues, the so called "designer" knew this from day 1. We constantly talked of the issues every time we spoke. Come to find out, the city didn't like the way is was designed, so they removed the drainage solution. First time it flooded, I call Ashley Wix, owners daughter, and she informs me that they can't do any more, because the project is "out of funds"! Now, 9 MONTHS into our pool construction, when it rains, the whole back yard floods and muddy water gets in the house and pool. They have attempted repairs again. We'll see.
  Their workers have no respect for your property. No respect for your neighbors property. They leave a muddy mess wherever they touch. I hope that they all have the opportunity one day to have someone work on a project in their own yards, in the same manner as they have worked in mine.
  Communication is not a strong suit either. I was given the foreman's number to call if I had any problems. Every time I would call, straight to voicemail, not even a ring first. Even when I call the office direct, no one is ever there to talk to me. I know they want to be done with me. The feeling is mutual.
  With the amount of money I paid, I expected MUCH more.
  I feel at this point that 1 star is being generous
