  BEWARE of any company under the Henny’s Pools, Henny’s furniture wrap umbrella of companies. I would NEVER recommend them or use them ever again. They are a fraud and will not stand behind any of their work. I had my furniture shrink wrapped in the fall and when I opened it in the spring it was covered in black mold. Henny’s has done nothing to help repair or replace this health issue that ruined my entire set of furniture. It needs to be completely replaced and they just do not care about anything that happened after they got paid the fee to do the work. The customer service department and Dan the owner initially promised a replacement and now do not have the decency to pick up the phone or email me back. They ruined my summer patio season and ran for the hills with the fee I paid in the fall for the work they performed. DO NOT USE HENNY’S under any circumstance.

  Power washing

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Is there a way to give zero stars! Recently had them come over to power wash the house I just purchased. It was a five hour job at 125 dollars an hour. I maybe watched for 2 minutes as a guy who clearly didn't know what he was doing stood lazily on my garage roof instead of getting a proper ladder. He proceeded to power wash my siding spraying up and against the grain of the siding! I'm no expert but this can't be how it's done.. my house looked like it was in a weather channel hurricane live report. Siding going up and down like an accordion and clearly being damaged. I asked the worker about it and he said "don't worry it's fine " well it wasn't fine as I wound up with a leak in my ceiling in that exact spot. Had to cut a hole in my master bedroom just to drain it. Ok so accidents happen and people make mistakes. I can handle that. However the owner would not take my calls or even acknowledge my existence. After a worker promised me by phone to email pictures and a description and the owner would call me back and come look. They then blocked all further calls and I have no way to even get in contact. I am reporting them to better business bureau and consumer affairs and will flood the internet the way they flooded my new house!

  Henny Hendon pools designed and installed a new filtering, heating, and spillover system for our pool and hot tub. The old system worked but was difficult to use and needed constant repair. Henny Hendon pools installed an entirely new system. The new system has rendered the pool and hot tub almost impossible to use. Henny Hendon company would not stand behind their work so we called the company that manufactured the system Hendon installed. The manufacturer sent a representative to assess the situation and found the system installed may have been new to us, but in fact was outdated, and old. Our pool has never been the same and we are sorry we ever heard of Henny Hendon. Do not walk, run from this vendor. All homeowners encounter problems; this is the first time I have ever taken the time to write about it. With summer around the corner, I am getting the sick feeling again about how degraded our once fun backyard has become.
