For the first time in my life, I felt there should be a negative star to rate. These guys do not deserve 1 star. Worst customer service. Very poor quality of work. Beyond arrogant. Especially Kyle, I have no words to express his behavior. He is cheapest and the most disgraceful person we have ever dealt with.
Pool was not delivered per the contract. They change the design per the contract and share with the builder. When we raised a concern, they simply said "We cannot do anything now. You have to pay for yourself and fix it"
