I just have to say hands down best customer service I have experienced from a company in a very long time. Ben was outstanding to work with during the process of design. Greg was also very responsive and answered any questions we had. They were always on time and made accommodations if needed. Unfortunately we were not able to move forward but I still wanted to share my experience. Customer service has become a lost art in Las Vegas but Pool R US has made it a top priority. Can't thank them enough for their time and dedication to making our reality come true in the photos and 3D images provided. If you want a great price and a responsive group of people that takes customer service seriously then this is your company!
