Home warranty recommended them. The person who came out came 45 minutes early when we weren't home. We asked for him to come back again and he said he could hear the pool pump from the gate and evaluate the pool pump. Without ever seeing the pool pump, he told the home warranty that the pump is fine. I called to complain and a supervisor said he would come out to see the pump. He never did.

Buyer Beware. I hired them to finish my pump install and do a filter clean - the original pool man who started the install could not finish the job due to personal reasons on his end.
I hired Pool Techs to finish the pump install. The system leaked the next day - they came out again, and the pump failed less than a week later - it would not hold pressure or prime. I called and emailed multiple times to have them come out again, I was told they were booked until July.
Two other companies came out to find the pump was not screwed in or attached to the pvc, it was just wedged in, the ends were not compatible, which is why it would not keep pressure. To cut the PVC and redo it would be $150
Pool Tech refused to refund me $150 of the $325 they were paid. The owner argued the meaning of the words "finish, install, hook-up", they said their tech fixed part of the pvc - but not that part, they said they did not touch or look at "that" end of the pump.
I hired them to finish and complete the install - which was not done.
I asked what work they did complete, what parts they ordered, I did not get an answer.
I paid pool techs $325 ($40 of that was filter clean). I then paid another company $150 to finish the install and $250 since the pool has turned green since the pump was not running.
Save yourself money and time and hire someone else in the first place!
