They were wonderful to work with throughout every step of the way. We customized one of their Floorplans quite a bit and the price was very reasonable, we felt. The quality of their work and their subs work was top notch. I would build with them on my next home without even getting a 2nd quote and I would recommend them to absolutely everyone.

I would have to say Buyer Beware about Porter Cons. The only thing I ever got out of Eli Porter was lip service and Bill Porter call everybody else stupid instead of doing his job and reviewing the subs work and correcting the problems before you move in and then Porter wants nothing to do with you. BUYER BEWARE

The team of Porter Contracting from Deidre helping me to choose flooring and accessories to Dean explaining and taking the time to answer questions about billing was outstanding. Quality, price and communication throughout the whole process which was a bit complicated at first couldn't have been better. Stop looking you found your builder!
