Bought a new house, Porter Renovations put in the floors. I would say they are beautiful floors but poorly done. There were some rising/ buckling spots where they didn't cut the wood to the right size. So I called to have them come out and fix them since it was NEW! And I got the run around with Mr. Porter. He seemed to think it was just the concrete. All I was asking for someone to take a look at the problem. He asked me to send him my # via text and then he never called me back. I waited weeks. I was going to call back, but my savvy husband fixed the problem by removing floor boards and remeasuring!! He shouldn't have had to do that. I am disappointed with business that "rush through work" and then never followed up to fix the problem they caused.
