I am very pleased with my new roof! Dave Porter is an excellent person to work with; he explains things thoroughly and clearly. His employees were on time, did their job, and cleaned up before they left every day. Eric came by several times to check on the work. He answered all my questions and fixed every detail. His employees, Jose and Israel are good, hard workers; God bless them! Thank you for a job well done!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Never have I been treated so horribly by a professional. I had an appointment scheduled at 1:00. It was raining cats and dogs so I called Ray Tadena, who I made the appointment with, to offer to reschedule since the rain was so heavy. I never received a return call. No problem, I just expected to see him at 1:00. He shows up at my door just after 12:00 and I told him that I've been trying to reach him all morning. He immediately went on the defensive and said that if I didn't want him here that he would just leave. I said no, no come in and let's talk. I checked to make sure I had his contact information correct and when I asked him why he didn't call me back he said that he was in a meeting and he didn't check his phone before he came over here. Ok, I can understand that but how is it ok to arrive an hour early and not give a courtesy call? What if I wasn't home? Would I be blamed for missing the appointment? He asked me what my problem was and I told him that bad communication was my comcern. Again, he told me that if I didn't want him there he could just leave. He told me that 3 times in total. I finally told him that if he wants to have such an attitude then he can go ahead and leave. I couldn't believe how horrible I was treated! Never in my life have I had a service professional come to my home and treat me so badly. I would never use this company and would never recommend them. I'd stay far away from them if I was you.
