Worst company I ever dealt with. Took them 6 months to come out then they put panels where they were not suppose too cause they could not read their own diagram then battery does not work and hasn't since it was installed 6 months ago and they just continually make excuses. Monitoring system does not work and hasn't since it was hooked up and they blame the battery yet systems without battery's have same monitoring system.
They do not respond for weeks at a time simply to say they are waiting on a part.
It's been one year since I signed up and still don't have a working system.
I have many friends with systems from other companies and none have Reese problems

Horrible experience continues.
From start to complete install of 24 panels took Titan Solar Power one year. Oh, but wait... it took them an additional seven months to figure out that they forgot to turn they system on. Within five months of system being turned on we received over a dozen inverter alerts. I was told from Solaredge alerts were old and Titan sent no one out to even check. Half of April and May we had no power production from inverter. (Not so old anymore.) Titan Solar installed new inverter and now continuous alerts, again. No one is watching your solar system but you. You are monitoring a system you know nothing about. No manual received, no direction, no guidance, no service technicians, no return phone calls. Worst company. Please stay away from Titan Solar. Read all of the horrible reviews all over the internet, Google, Yelp, SolarReview, BBB, etc. Run really fast far far away from Titan Solar Power.
