    Structural changes to an existing beam

    We received three bids for corrective work to a beam that included structural changes to support the beam and the addition of a footing. Portland Construction LLC was recommended by our realtor and was the low bidder. As in most remodel work, there are surprises when walls are opened up, which result in change orders. Portland Construction was fair in the cost for changes or in increases to the scope of work. We highly recommend them. Their work was professionally done and we would not hesitate to use them again.

    Chuy is courteous, hard working, fast, and charges a VERY reasonable price. We put an addition on our house and needed the mud and tape done on the drywall. He not only finished that job, but fixed all of the wholes we had in our existing home. I will refer him all day long and if I ever need anything in the future will call him first!!! Very happy with the end result.

    Remodeling and repiars

    I had Portland construction fix a 10 x 8 hole on the wall of my house, who quoted me a reasonable price . I decided to get it fix that same day I was given the quote. Portland construction was very reliable and got the job done that day. I personally observe that they are honest and hard work. The next time I need anything done Portland construction is definitively the only ones I’ll consider to repair or remodel anything. Thanks guys!!!

    Meticulous.Dependable.Honest.Thorough.
    Few,if any, contractor can match their combination of quality and reliability. While some our neighbors are still struggling to get their (much smaller) projects completed by others contractors, Chuy and his crew didn't miss a single day. They were here when they said they'd be, worked until every last detail was meticulously completed, and were an absolute joy to work with. And, the results is nothing less than stunning. Ill will recomend Portland Construction any time.
