They took the money and never completed the pool. Now we have a concrete pit in the backyard. After almost 5 months and repeated attempts to get them to complete the project, Chad, the owner texted and said he was going out of business. At the signing of our contract the CSLB had his license listed as active and it's now listed as inactive. Buyer beware, don't use Chad Priest as your contractor.
