Mike Posey came out promptly to my house and reviewed my request. He quickly asked why I wanted the work. I said I'd been told the upgrade was necessary. He let me know the current system was okay and that nothing had to be done. In other words, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. His honest assessment of the issue was very refreshing and welcome.
