The Project Manager is a poor manager who continuously fails to communicate with clients, subcontractors and his own field personnel. Making matters worse PVB is slow paying and several subcontractors failed to be paid in full. A timely response would have solved most issues but PVB fails in this area. Could not recommend them at all!!!
