    Deck & porch

    Absolutely not. It has been 1 year since I gave down payment. Not finished yet as of October 2022.
    Communication is horrible. I’m lucky if they come one day a week. I am so disappointed in my choice of contractor. But the little bit of work that is done is really nice. I do not understand the problem.

    Unreliable contractor, for first two month worked 2 days a week for 2 hours a day. Until I make him sign a new agreement to a contract with time frame to finish project. Every time he gets paid part of money disappears for a week and not responding to your emails, messages or VM. Lie on everything he promises.

    Room Addition project

    Builder would not return calls, email or txt from myself or another contractor to coordinate start of job. Requested return of deposit, which he said he would return, but have not received anything after two weeks. No reply to follow up. Do NOT use this contractor.
