Had full home rewire job down on old vintage home. Overall satisfied, but there were some issues.
Pros:
- Delivered where others could not due to distance/backlogged.
- Provided helpful info along the way and offered to replace light fixtures and customize things as we saw fit.
Cons:
- Poor communication. Delays, lack of followup calls/e-mails.
- A 2-3 week job turned into 8 weeks, due to electrician call-offs.
- Lack of transparency on invoices. No detailed breakdown of parts/labor charges. Confusing.
- Pinched staples damaged new romex wiring in a lot of places. AFCI breakers began tripping. Staples have since been loosened and problem breakers replaced.
- Misplaced tools. They mistakingly took my tape measure and would confuse our tools with theirs.
