Wow! Looks amazing! Bob was able to estimate my job and give some great tips as well as offer advise on how to proceed with this project. When I hired him to do it he was realistic about the finished product regarding my price point and matching of materials etc... I have to say even with him saying things may not match perfectly as stained wood and paint matching can be difficult - the end product is great!!! Now for the frosting on the cake - the actual craftsmanship of his work building out and framing in an interior door in a wood paneled lower level is amazing!!! I could not be happier with the end result. During the 3 day project each day I came home to a clean work area. I have 2 dogs and it was very important to me that the area would be clean and picked up so they would not experience any screw, nails or wood in their paws or eat them (black lab). Bob also put up with one of the dogs barking much of one day with no complaints. This was a great experience with high quality workmanship. I also felt his pricing was a good value. I'm still waiting to hear back from this contractor. Clearly he was not interested in the project.

The person I spoke with was very helpful. After talking with him, it was determined that a carpet installer would be a better fit. He gave me a recommendation of someone would could assist.

We had a relatively small job (guest bathroom remodel). Bob was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to ensure we had a satisfactory result. Even before we hired him, he did some exploratory work to assess the current situation in our bathroom - and was able to determine that the vanity we had ordered wouldn't work properly in our existing setup. He then went to the store and talked them into allowing us to make a change even though we were technically outside the window to make a free change. Please remember: we hadn't even hired him to do the work yet. The quality of work and the communication from Powerbuilt Construction was excellent. The bathroom he was remodeling had been a DIY project by the previous owner and there were some surprises during the renovation. Bob handled all of these quickly and painlessly and we are very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Powerbuilt Construction. Thank you, Bob!

Bob came out to my house and built me a new staircase and coordinated with painters to have new stairway and all hallway cabinets enameled. We also had a wall paper removed and walls repainted. When the painting was all finished, Bob came back and installed 6 inch floor board all over house. Really transformed the areas. Did a great job!

A much needed update bathroom. Powers Construction was recommended by a friend. We went to the big box stores, he helped pick out the colors from the paint to the floor. He was prompt, cleaned up each day and was very pleased. I now have some deck issues which he is helping with.

Powerbuilt construction remodeled our bathroom in february 2016 like my 10 year old son said. "It looks amazing" that was an understatement. They had great ideas we never even considered like built in shelving vs soap dishes and after market hangers.
We really wanted a walk in shower but living in a home with no other bathtubs. Bob advised us to keep the tub for resale purposes it just made sense.

Also we have a lot of iron in our water since we have a private well and we were thinking of replacing our cast iron tub (it was very ugly from years of soap scum and iron staining). They assured us that they could clean it to like new condition which they did !!

Powerbuilt construction saved us almost 2000.00 by keeping our old tub replacing the main components and.. ALOT of elbow grease can go a long way in some cases.

Now we have an additional 1700.00 towards remodeling our kitchen. Thanks again for all your knowledge and Great ideas Bob.

Bob and his crew at Powerbuilt Construction "built" us the deck of our dreams it came out absolutely beautiful ! We moved into our home in 2012 and it needs a lot of work. One of the first things we discussed was putting a patio door (replacing a window) in our dinning room to access our in ground swimming pool and adding a deck.

Powerbuilt Construction went the extra mile, they worked with the city and got the plans approved, in our initial plans staircase is over the septic tank. Thanks to them we got the deck we wanted at no additional cost to us and We didn't have to go back to the drawing board. "We look forward to years of enjoyment with our homes new features"
