Richard Powles put up three interior ceiling fans in our home and then all new landscape lighting in our front yard. He had to install a new GFI and other electrical upgrades when we put our pool in a few years back. He is always prompt, professional and does an excellent job! We just love our new landscape lighting.

PHE did a variety of work for us over. 7 day period. Moved a 40 amp circuit from the pool area closer to the house, installed 2 pole lamps in the backyard, added several outside outlets, installed fans outside and inside. The owner also troubleshot an issue with our kitchen circuit and solved a problem we had with circuits tripping. Can’t say enough good about the work and the price.

The obvious Professional behavior and Excellent outcomes contracting with Richard Powles were impressive and reassuring. I got several bids to put up some outside lights on our patio; that required some digging and using some concrete to stabilize the 5 ft posts and placing outlets and some Safety measures; that none of the other, more expensive bidders, did NOT offer. He was neither the most expensive or cheapest- price was mid-price, compared with others. Rich also put up a chandelier and modified my bedroom fan/lights, so I could use a Remote Control. I was very satisfied with all his work; he gave me a 10% military discount and then discounted some of the materials.I would Refer him to everyone and already have more projects lined up!
