Let me start off by saying that at one time PPKW owned by Paul Misch had potential. I was involved with the White Street project, Margaret Street project, and 1319 Whitehead owned by Fern. Let me give you a little background Paul used to be involved with some commercial hotel building maybe 20 or 30 years ago he doesn't know anything about residential construction and his son-in-law John "imagine that" is the superintendent and I'm not kidding you when this has to be maybe his third job boots on the ground. I've been in construction for over 28 years I have never seen such sloppy work. The house on White Street has been for sale since it was built 3 years ago what does that tell you. And let me say it's not that he didn't want to build a good house he just did not know how to organize the contractors efficiently to produce a good product. 1319 Whitehead St. has major issues. I'm a tile guy by trade but he hired me to do that and other things which I was only paid less than half he still owes me over $10,000. He ran out of money on the project and needed to get a check from the owner fern so he had everybody in there one time I was literally helping the drywall guy hanging board just so I can put tile on the walls among other things that I won't mention. Five minutes after I got done tiling the kitchen walls they were hanging cabinets on them. He blitzed the house all at once just so you get a drawl you could not do any work properly like that to say it's worse than a mobile home would be an understatement .They have one good guy Steve and without him they would be totally sunk. I feel really bad for the homeowners they get such a poor quality product for multi million dollar prices..can't really say too much more do litigation but check it out for yourself and avoid this contractor at all cost.
