WARNING. Be careful to use the services of this company!
I was offered a price of $38,800 for my pool construction. Here are the problems I had during my yearlong nightmare:
- Deadlines were missed
- They started building, then didn't do anything for weeks. Construction was delayed several weeks.
- One year (!) after they started building the pool is still not finished
- No reaction to emails or certified letters
- Even after involving the BBB (Better Business Bureau) not much happened. BBB can not do much if the company does not react
- Only after complaining to the State Contractors Board some improvements were done (only because they can lose their licence). Still, some of the damages were still ignored
- After Premier Pools claimed to have finished their work a total of 14 defects had to be corrected. As per today, six of them are still due to be repaired (i.e. spa loses water. Paint on the wall of our house. Concrete at walls. Tiles are crooked)
- Ron Bennet Jr. of Premier Pools offers the worst customer service you will ever experience.
