My home repairs were done by Brian Cromer, the owner and Manager of PPBC Construction. Even though he was based in the South Atlanta Metroplex of Locust Grove and I was in the North (vicious traffic), he and his crew were Early on the 1st morning and actually beat my wife and I to the home site as we had stepped away for breakfast.
I was super impressed by their work ethic, skill, and courtesy. My wife and I had literally dozens of items on our list for home repair, and each was done in great form. Electrical, HVAC work, flashing and siding repair, patch work, window installation, painting, plumbing issues, concrete slab work and more - they handled it all like the pros they are!
Nothing was rushed, and there was too pride in their work and craft. Even though Brian is the owner, when there was one last minute snag with a needed
part in rush hour traffic, he personally sourced it, and went across the metroplex and back in record time to install himself as promised that day so my wife and I would not have to wait another day to end the project. Pam with PPBC coordinated with us, walked the project site with Brian, and was a great point of contact and liaison keeping my wife and I along with Brian and his crew all on the same page.
My original quote was 7 days as a rough estimate from the company that outsourced it - and Brian and his crew finished in 4! I will definitely refer everyone I know to Brian and his team, and request them again myself without a doubt when in need of additional repairs!
