Horrible experience. They lied to the home warranty company about trying to reach me to schedule our emergency plumbing work order. When they finally gave a service window of 11-3, they were more than an hour late- not arriving until after 4P without notification of the significant delays. In addition the tech was rude and couldn't find the leak even though there was water soaking up from underneath the carpet in the hallway (a second plumber from another company came out the next day and had the leak identified and repaired in less than 2 hours). Lastly, they left my house a mess - cabinet doors open in both bathrooms and laundry room, all of the stuff from the hall bath cabinets was pulled out and left on the floor, and lights were left on in every room they entered. Bad customer service from both the phone operators and the tech - I recommend finding another plumbing company!

Bad experience. Our Home Warranty Company selected them to do the work. Even though I explained the problem in detail to their office, they sent a tech out that wasn't qualified to do the work. Said they would send a qualified tech out the next day which was Saturday. Tech didn't show and when I called the office indicated the tech couldn't come on Saturday since the manufacturer would be closed and the tech had to phone them during the job for advise. They didn't keep their appointment, didn't notify me of that and are not qualified to do the work. Called our regular plumber and they fixed it in an hour without calling the manufacturer.
