    Bathroom Remodel
    $6,000

Hired this contractor to remodel a bathroom. Disaster from the beginning. Promised the work would be complete in three weeks. Here it is almost two months in and finally had to fire them. The final straw was that they found some rotten wood around our AC vent in the bathroom. Without telling us about the issue they simply scraped the rotten wood and disposed of it down our AC vent. This was discovered by another independent contractor that I had come out to critique their work. The second contractor said it was some of the worst work he had ever seen. Pratt Construction was originally going to charge us 6,000 for the bathroom remodel. The second independent contract valued there work at just under 2000 dollars. Absolutely a terrible experience. I mean seriously, what ethical company would dump rotten wood down a clients AC vent? Not to mention their work is so below average for what they are trying to charge. Who actually charges 6000 dollars and tries to pass off a particle board bathroom cabinet as something special? Well Pratt Construction does...Inexcusable and Unprofessional...
