I would not recommend this particular company to ANYONE. I didn't know what I know now of course and I would have done a lot of things differently. I paid this contractor on time and after our initial meeting thought he would be the right person for me. Many of the things used in the home were the cheapest items and after only 2 years have failed. Work was not done correctly and I have had plumbing issues and other that must be fixed. The painter was great but the paint was not the highest quality and must be redone. I have learned from this experience and realize that being a good person doesn't mean you will be treated the same. If you are looking for some home improvement work and are on a budget of less than $25k, please look elsewhere. There are must better companies with much better business practices who are fully licensed to do construction and plumbing improvements who will treat their clients with more respect and honesty. You definitely get what you pay for.
Response from Prb Home Improvements February 4, 2022I did not know that you were having issues with anything that we had done if you would have gladly contacted the company we would have taken care of any issues that you had we did not use inferior material for your job we used what was available at the time that you had agreed upon going into your job we always try to get the right material for the right job if you would have had any issues or any problems you should have contacted the company and we would have gradually resolved any and all issues we have never let anybody down in 18 years that I've been doing this

I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. Hired them to finish our basement and when we signed the contract, he told us project would take roughly 3 weeks. Here we are 3 months later, and its not even halfway finished. He tells us he will be here on a certain day to work, doesn't show, doesn't respond to calls or texts, and when he does respond, just gives an excuse (something came up, car issues, etc) He gave us excuse of car trouble, and then we see his workers in our neighbors backyard building a deck. So much for car issues. Hasn't been here to work on our basement for over a month, and we fear he has just taken our money. Save yourself the time and money and hire someone else.
