Review:
I had an excellent experience with Andrew from Preciado Air Conditioning. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and generous with his time.
On a very hot summer day, I needed help with my split unit, and he fit me into his schedule quickly — which I truly appreciated.
Although I had only hired him to clean the outside unit, he went above and beyond. He noticed that I wasn’t very familiar with how my split system works and patiently took the time to explain everything clearly.
After finishing the outdoor work, he offered to come inside and help with the indoor unit — even though that wasn’t part of the service I had paid for. He showed me how to access and change the filters, which were extremely dirty. Thanks to him, I now know how to take care of it myself. He also made sure everything was working properly before he left.
I highly recommend Andrew and Preciado Air Conditioning, and I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future.
