I used Precise Design for my recent bathroom gut job renovation and am absolutely over the moon to have found them.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Five minutes early every day (I am still amazed), in constant contact via text, phone or email and incredibly fast response time, and INCREDIBLY respectful of my space - clean and incredibly careful. Also, very respectful and mindful of keeping on my budget and on time. Also absolutely delightful, friendly and polite guys!
QUALITY OF WORK: They are perfectionists. Form and function were all considered. They do it right. Absolutely meticulous.
ISSUES AND TIME LINE: Our start date was delayed a week due to Co-Op paperwork kickbacks and 4 days due to a boiler pipe replacement (Co-Op responsibility). The project took a month, which was within the initial ballpark of the 3.5 weeks estimation.
I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again as my first choice. Friendly, punctual, and excellent at what they do.
