This guy doesn't have a clue what he is doing. He did some deck work for me and I had to have in done again. I had the local inspector come out and they said this guy shouldn't be in the construction business, He knows nothing about building codes

installed concrete coating on my driveway and retaining walls last year the coatings started to fail shortly after installation. Retaining wall has started to bulge in the middle. After many phone calls I had to get another contractor to fix the bad work.

Whatever you do...please avoid Precise Construction & Landscaping LLC at all costs!! They charged me $9,000 for a new roof, new gutters and porch beams in 2019. Everything they did started to fall apart less than 2 weeks after completion. I immediately called and ask them to come back and nothing. I’ve been asking since 2019 to please come fix the work and I’ve been ignored or excuses have been made. I had a certified contractor here yesterday who stated NONE of the work that I was charged $9,000 for was completed!! PLEASE SHARE THIS POST SO NO ONE ELSE CAN BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE LIKE I HAVE BEEN! I trusted the contractor due to going to HS with him. He assured me he would do excellent work and HE LIED!!! My house until I can get this fixed continues to be damaged by his dishonesty and lack of attention.
